Time is dedicated to organizing, preparing, reviewing, and formatting documents and business materials based on the information provided by the client. Due to the nature of document preparation and administrative support services, all sales are subject to the following policy:

 

• Once work has started on a project, service, document, filing packet, or business support request, payments are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be issued because a client changes their mind, decides not to proceed, hires another service provider, or no longer needs the service after work has begun.

•  Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents, information, spelling, dates, names, and details before filing, submission, signing, or distribution.

•  Plan Your Outcome is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, incomplete information, court processing times, third parties, or client response delays.

•  Filing fees, government fees, court fees, shipping fees, rush fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable.

•  Services are considered delivered once documents, drafts, packets, communications, or support materials have been provided to the client.

• We do not guarantee court outcomes, business outcomes, approvals, responses, or legal results.

 By purchasing services from Plan Your Outcome, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy before work begins.
